My First Day In Campus

The journey of one of the most critical chapters of my life began on the first day of university. In my heart, there was a certain kind of excitement and joy. I got up early and drove to the permanent campus. I noticed a large gate as soon as I got out of the car. I walked down the narrow path towards the main buildings with a glimmer of hope in my eyes. This is the campus of my university. The interior is spacious and tidy. After a short distance, my gaze was drawn to the vast playground, which had a panel in one corner. This arrangement is for us, it was not left to understand. We must embrace this new spring morning ceremony because we are the freshmen.

The seniors showed us a table and instructed us to collect food tokens as we approached the panel. I took a seat beside the token-carrying table. Students began to congregate one by one. After a while, the whole yard was packed with new students wandering. Our ceremony began after some time has elapsed. One by one, the Vice-Chancellor, Chief Guest, esteemed faculties, and instructors spoke. We were introduced to all of the departments. The discussion was concise. Imran Sir then performed a beautiful piece of music after the conversation. Following Sir, Dilara Mam, the host, performed another captivating tune. The senior members of the culture parliament then performed their songs. They were joined by a couple of the newcomers.

Overall, a cheerful atmosphere is created. This rejuvenation ceremony comes to an end when everyone is tired of singing and dancing. I received food using food tokens that I had previously taken. After the meal, it was time to take a tour of the campus. Our campus is exceptionally lovely. All were incredible: vast green fields, red brick houses, and a glass cafeteria. Every step I take around campus appears to be the first of many in the days ahead. My university journey started with a lot of excitement, a lot of appreciation, and a little bit of nervousness. And the first day of my university life came to an end with some wonderful memories.

Nonviolent Communication Towards the Transgenders

Nonviolent Communication: Each seminar and online course will cover a wide range of topics. On November 19, 2020, I had the opportunity to enroll in an online course offered by my university. The Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti in New Delhi and the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) jointly collaborated on a nonviolent communication online certificate course. Nonviolent communication was a new concept for me to learn. I completed the online course and received a certificate for my participation. Even though I had been introduced to nonviolent communication in various ways since childhood, I had no idea what it meant. Let's try to clear things up a little.   Violent communication is a process that restricts liberty, ignores needs, diminishes a person's worth, and prevents compassion. The use of deceptive or coercive language that causes fear, guilt, shame, gratitude, responsibility, duty, obligation, punishment, and/or reward is often the cause of violent communicat...
